Better Together, a blend of two top lots from the Yirgachaffe region of Ethiopia, one a washed processed with the other processed using a dry/natural process. Each processing method brings a different dynamic to the coffee and the resulting cup. We love the vibrant sweetness and berry notes that accompany a smooth finish.
