As with other Natural processed coffees we always encourage experimentation during brewing, various brewing approaches will bring out different dimensions of these coffees. They also shine after having 2 weeks of rest after the roast date (always listed on bag). Lower brew temps can sometimes highlight the delicate fruit notes depending on your coffee’s grind size.
